"I did not build OneFitt to scale a business. I built it because the personal training model was not built to serve people well long-term."

Ankit has been coaching for over 15 years, working across the Middle East and beyond. In that time, he has worked with executives, athletes, parents, beginners, and people recovering from injury across every combination of goal, constraint, and lifestyle you can imagine.

What he noticed, consistently, was not a lack of effort. Most people who hire a coach are already disciplined. What they lacked was a framework that respected how they actually lived. Sessions disconnected from recovery. Programmes that ignored travel. Intensity driven by a trainer's energy, not the client's physiology.

"The fitness industry is built around motivation and transformation. I understand why, it sells. But motivation is a feeling, and feelings are temporary. What lasts is a system you can trust."

That observation became OneFitt. Not a gym, not a package of sessions, not a transformation programme. A consultancy built on the same principles Ankit had already been applying with his longest-standing clients, the ones who had trained with him for three, four, five years and were stronger now than when they started.

The methodology was already there. OneFitt gave it a structure that could serve more people without diluting what made it work.

Personal training, in its standard form, is transactional. A client buys sessions, the trainer delivers them, the package ends. The relationship is defined by what was paid for, not what the client actually needs.

OneFitt was built as a consultancy because a consultancy relationship is governed by a different set of rules. The coach's job is not to fill sessions. It is to design and evolve a system that serves the client's long-term physical capability, with or without constant direct contact.
